Sarah's Vegetable Stirfry
1) chop colorful veggies and cube a buncha tofu
2) saute garlic, ginger, scallions, and jalapenos in sesame oil, soy sauce,
and vinegar
3) toss in veggies and heat until warm, but don't overcook
4) serve over rice or noodles
