The Burke-Gilman Trail runs for many miles along Lake Washington and other Seattle waters where the seaplanes play. At one point it threads its way between two majestic streams of another sort--two strips of tres riche lakefront homes which shoulder one another like Queens rowhouses. This woman blames spoiled neighborhood kids for the graffiti she regularly paints over. |
