This is an indoor/outdoor rain or shine event. Bikes are not mandatory
but spontaneous parading up and down Ballard Avenue is encouraged.
 
Just down the street from The Tractor, Sunset Tavern and other venues.
Come early or late. This is one party which will be going after last call.
